My shoulder was a bit broken, took some tramadol so I could go caving, meant it didn't hurt, but it didn't actually make my arm work, so needed a bit of help on things that required two working arms, probably slowed things down a bit.
Went in Exit 7, Nic rigged the step across, then we modified his rigging on the far side to make it a bit safer... Went out the the Golden Stairway and had a bit of a look around those upper levels. Then rigged a ladder down the Freeway (just for practise), the ladder turned out to be way too short which was good learning. Went for a nice journey out to the Apricot Pie Passage then back. Very enjoyable trip.
