Hamland Hole

92m mostly free hanging abseil  Chris went first and found the rope 5m short from the bottom, luckily was well prepared, and had more rope set up to extend it.

From there the plan was to go down stream and try to connect to Hamilton Hole, although we had been told that there had been a large amount of debris dumped further downstream which meant this might not we possible. Climbed over a few sumps but eventually came to one where the hole was too small for any of us.

Found some big scary eels. And scary rock fall.


So at this point we turned around and faced our 92m jam back out. It wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated.
