Tagged along with the diplomas on their caving program for my own training.
Day 1: Millar's Waterfall
Went in the wriggly passage and out Carbull pot. Rigged carbull first and then we spent a little time finding the entrance. Have to remember that its downstream. Great trip.
Day 2: Haggas Hole and Moe-Ana
Trip through Haggas in the morning. Got to explore some of the side passages this time, up past the waterfall to the blocked entrance (really cool bit of cave) and down beyond the Flatteners.
Finally got to Moe-Ana in the evening! Found it just in time, even with the GPS it was elusive. Thought it was an excellent overnight trip.
Day 3: Burr Cave
Through trip of Burr. Great trip for the students to direct themselves.
