Olly observing (Diploma)
Toughest group I've had in a while. Nice individuals and some good leaders, but they spend their first couple of days wasting all their time arguing. After a sudden turn around on Wednesday morning they were amazing.
Day 1
ABL at Taurewa, High ropes (Trapeze), Trust fall, Swamp
Day 2
Rock climbing at Death Wall. (Don came to observe)
Day 3
Ruapehu. Took the chair to the top cafe then walked across and set camp at Delta Corner. Submitted the Dome via Restful Ridge.
Had a very exciting night camping at Delta Corner. Lots of lightening, thunder and rain.
Day 4
Came down from the mountain and went through the Okupata and Pukehinau caves.
Day 5
Tawhai Falls jump.
