Walking in, high winds and rain. Focused on teaching river crossings and different methods.

| On the way up Whitehorn Pass |
Spent in hut as winds were 120km at 2000m, so we couldn’t go over the pass, rained and snowed all day. Andy took a weather session and Dave Ceath took flora.

WhitehornPass, cleared up to a fine day. Tramped to the base of browning pass where we camped for the night.
9/6Weather closing in, over Browning Pass, needed ice and crampons on good icy snow at the top. Onto Hut where we camped.
