11 students on the OPC Certificate course
Instructors: Me and Doug
This was their second week in a two week block of bush. Things where a bit backwards, we were doing more classroom and local stuff this week, while they went out last week.
Day 1
Doug took weather in the morning and I took Navigation in the afternoon. In the classroom all day.
Day 2
Finished up Nav and weather in the classroom and then out to the Taurewa orienteering course for the afternoon.
Day 3
Navigation in poor visibility around Rotoponamu.
Day 4
Doug finished some classroom stuff in the morning then we went and did some more nav in the scrub above Taranaki Falls.
