Set out to find the elusive Golf Course. Just follow to the top of the ridge, take the spur down to the right, at the bottom turn left and follow the doling up 300m. After following these instructions for 3 hours and only finding a side cave and a goat, we decided to go back to Winchin, which proved much easier to find than Golf Course. Cool easy cave.

Time: 2 Hours
Wicked sport cave, my mind conjured up great images of a helix, and while those images weren't exactly accurate, I could see where it got its name. Downstream for about 400m to three waterfall abseils, and another 100m to the sump. First time doing SRT stuff on the way out.

Got introduced to speed caving! Man, what a work out, but awesomely fun. Only Francis had done this cave before, Kieran led the way and we all ran after him trying to keep up. Fun little climby, squeezey and crawley bits.
